Superhost Airbnb The Superhost status on Airbnb is awarded to hosts with an average rating of at least 4.8, who have hosted guests at least 10 times or provided accommodations for 100 nights within a year, with a minimum of 3 stays. They cancel fewer than 1% of reservations and respond to 90% of messages within 24 hours. This status ensures guests high quality and safety of accommodation, and the properties are regularly verified by Airbnb. |
Hygienically Safe Hotel In response to the dynamic situation worldwide, the Polish Tourist Organization, in collaboration with doctors and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, has developed hygiene guidelines for accommodation facilities. Facilities meeting these strict criteria receive the 'Hygienically Safe Facility' certificate. We are proud to have been one of the first facilities in Małopolska to receive this distinction, building guest trust in the safety of our property. |
Certificate of Good Practices When choosing a destination for family vacations, holidays, or city breaks, we aim to ensure the best entertainment, care, comfort, relaxation, but above all, safety during well-deserved rest for ourselves and our loved ones. To meet these needs, the Polish Tourist Organization has launched the Certification of Tourist Entities participating in the Polish Tourist Voucher program. A map of places that provide tourist services at a high level and apply good practices in implementing the PTV program has also been created, among which Aparthotels Apart Art are included.
