Regulations of stay in Belle Epoque Residence apartments
These Regulations specify the conditions under which you can make a reservation for an ApartArt apartment sp.z o.o. Spółka komandytowa, hereinafter referred to as "ApartArt". By submitting a reservation, the User accepts the provisions of these Regulations, which bind the Guest from the moment of submitting the reservation.

1. Standard booking regulations.
1.1. Reservations can be made in three ways:
a) On-line on the website by completing the form provided. After clicking "send" the system will automatically generate for you information about the acceptance of the reservation to the database.
b) By phone at +48 12 638 02 12, 24 hours a day.
c) By e-mail to the address: biuro@apartart.pl, giving the name, surname, address, telephone number (preferably mobile), date, chosen apartment or city and number of people arriving.
2. Booking and payment terms:
2.1. The minimum rental period is 1 day. Not applicable: weekends (minimum 2 nights stay), long weekends, and Christmas and New Year period.
2.2. In New Year's period, the minimum stay is 5 nights. It is required to pay 100% of the booking amount. Reservations are non-refundable. If the booking is shortened, the amount paid will not be refunded.
2.3. In the period April 28 - May 7, reservations are accepted for a minimum of 5 nights. It is required to pay 100% of the booking amount. Reservations are non-refundable. In the event of shortening or canceling the reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
2.4. In the New Year period and long weekends we only accept non-refundable reservations.
3. Additional booking conditions:
3.1. At the time of admission to the apartment there is a possibility to collect a deposit in the amount of the equivalent of renting one day, returnable at the time of returning the keys and handing over the premises in a non-deteriorated condition.
3.2 No parties may be organized in the premises. Organization of the event will result in immediate termination of the premises and no refund of the rental fee paid.
4. Confirmation of reservation:
4.1. Online booking: will be confirmed automatically by the booking system through which the booking was made.
4.2. Telephone booking: it will be confirmed during the conversation, and then a confirmation email will be sent
4.3. E-mail booking: depending on the availability of the apartments, you will be notified of booking within 3 hours.
5. Fees for rent:
5.1. Fees will be charged in accordance with the conditions of the booking.
5.2. The booking amount is the final amount. We do not charge additional fees, unless they refer to non-compliance with the rental regulations, if the regulations stipulate that in such a case additional fees are charged, then such a fee will be supported.
5.3. If it is necessary to issue a booking confirmation constituting a document entitling to obtain an entry visa to Poland and the Shengen zone, the amount of the advance payment depends on the amount required by the Polish embassy in a given Country.
5.4. In the event of the abovementioned booking confirmation automatically changes the status to non-refundable. Thus, after releasing the abovementioned the certificate cannot be returned a previously paid amount.
6. Cancellation of booking:
Reservations can be canceled only in writing - by email in accordance with the terms of the reservation.
7. Payment methods:
7.1. Advance payment: bank transfer, credit card
7.2. Extra charge: bank transfer, credit card, cash
8. Arrival, handing over the keys, hotel day:
The hotel day lasts from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure. The guest is obliged to pay the amount shown on the booking confirmation even if, for reasons beyond the control of ApartArt, arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc.).
9. Guest's obligations:
9.1. The number of people who can live in the apartment is limited to the number given in the offer, price list or on the booking confirmation. The guest is obliged to immediately inform ApartArt by phone or email of any exceeding this number. In this situation, ApartArt offers extra beds. The price of each extra bed increases the appropriately agreed fee for providing the apartment. If on arrival this number exceeds the number of people given in the offer / confirmation, the person responsible for the keys may refuse to give the keys to the apartment, without ApartArt being liable for damage caused by the Guest in this respect. If during the stay or at the end of the stay it turns out that the number of persons inhabited is greater than the number indicated, the Guest may be charged the cost of an additional person not included in the reservation.
9.2. The guest is obliged to ensure the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the premises in good condition. The guest is obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for handing over the keys of any damages and deficiencies found in the apartment and to report damage caused by himself or third parties staying with him during the stay. The equivalent of these damages and their removal is covered by the Guest.
9.3. In the event of a breach by the Guest or third parties staying with him of the principles of good neighborliness (in particular the violation of curfew 22:00 - 06:00), ApratArt has the right to take all steps permitted by law to bring the situation to its pre-violation status, including summons housekeeping and mandate, and even asking guests out of the building.
9.4. The guest is obliged to check carefully when leaving the apartment that none of his belongings remain in the apartment. ApartArt is not responsible for items left by the Guest after the end of the rental period, as well as for damage caused as a result of their loss or damage.
9.5. The guest is obliged to take care of maintaining the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the facility in its original condition. The guest is obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for handing over the keys of any damage and deficiencies found in the apartment and to report damage caused by himself or third parties during the stay. The equivalent of these damages and their removal is covered by the Guest.
9.6. The guest is obliged to check carefully when leaving the apartment that none of his belongings remain in the apartment. ApartArt is not responsible for items left by the Guest after the end of the rental period, as well as for damage caused as a result of their loss or damage.
9.7. The guest is obliged to return the apartment in a non-deteriorated condition, wash the kitchen dishes after it, as well as to return the cards to the reception at the latest when leaving the apartment.
9.8. The apartments are completely non-smoking and other tobacco products (e-cigarettes and IQOS), in the event of breaking this rule a fee in the amount of the price of the first day of stay applies.
9.9. The staff may enter the apartment during the guest's stay:
-in the case of using the apartment contrary to the rental agreement,
-in emergency.
10. Transferring the reservation to another person:
At any time, the Guest may transfer to another person all the rights arising from the reservation, if at the same time the person assumes all the obligations arising from this reservation. In such a situation, ApartArt should be immediately notified of a change to the booking party, providing personal details of the person (name, contact phone number, e-mail address) who will take over the rights and obligations arising from the reservation. The transfer takes effect against ApartArt upon the written notification by the person to whom the rights from the reservation have been transferred about acceptance of all obligations arising from it.
11. Force majeure:
11.1. In the event of unpredictable circumstances whose effects cannot be immediately eliminated by customary means, ApartArt reserves the right to transfer the Guest's reservation to a substitute object similar to the one originally booked. ApartArt has the right to transfer the Guest's reservation to a substitute object similar to the one originally booked, also if it is not possible to use the reserved object. In the event of phenomena referred to in this paragraph, ApartArt has the right to cancel the contract. This also applies to cases in which the Guest's personal security or property, for reasons beyond the control of ApartArt, cannot be guaranteed.
11.2. If the contract is canceled by ApartArt for the reasons referred to in this paragraph, the money paid by the Guest shall be refunded, with a deduction of amounts due for services already rendered.
11.3. In the cases referred to in this paragraph, ApartArt shall not be liable for damage sustained by the Guest, unless such damage was caused solely by ApartArt.
12. Child protection Standards
ApartArt conducts its activities with the highest respect for human rights, in particular the rights of children as people who are particularly sensitive to harm. Please read our Child Protection Standards
13. Dispute:
The law applicable to all disputes between ApartArt and the Guest is Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the headquarters of ApartArt.
